permission is granted. Under no circumstance are THE PULSE OF BOSTON’s

state, local or federal law. Users are advised that copyright laws apply

Any improper use of THE PULSE OF BOSTON’s e-mail and Internet systems, at any time, including, but not limited to, accessing, creating, sending, displaying, storing, downloading and/or printing sexually explicit or otherwise potentially offensive materials, will not be tolerated and will subject the user to discipline, up to and including, site access termination and/or prosecution.
THE PULSE OF BOSTON reserves the right to retrieve, save, monitor and review all messages created, sent, or received, at any time, with or without advance notice or prior consent. Such access may occur during or after working hours by any network manager, or other personnel designated by THE PULSE OF BOSTON. Further, users are reminded that information accessed and/or distributed over the e-mail system and the Internet may be considered a public record pursuant M.G.L. c. 66.

All site design software, design, text, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, source code or other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names (the "Material") are the property of The Pulse Of Boston and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates or assigns or The Pulse Of Boston’s licensors or other respective owners and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast or circulate any Material to any third party (including, without limitation, the display and distribution of the Material via a third party website) without the expressed prior written consent of The Pulse Of Boston.
